Thank you for shopping with Akira’s Apothecary. Each order is handcrafted with care, and we appreciate your patience while we prepare your products.

Processing & Shipping

• Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
• Orders are shipped every Monday.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right if an error occurred on our end.

Product Information

Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Because we use botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These natural differences do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

If you have any known allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient list carefully and perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
